After Zero barely survived an attack by the Pureblood vampire Shizuka Hio on his family, he went on to live with Kain Cross and his adopted daughter Yuki. Years have passed and he’s opened up a little – his one wish to destroy all vampires, but Yuki still is unaware of one of Zero’s deepest and darkest held secrets regarding the true events of that dark snowy night all of those years – and how it changed him forever.

"I couldn't stop myself from devouring you. I may kill the next human I target as my prey. Shoot me. You're afraid of me, aren't you? Hold the gun with both hands, and aim straight. Aim for my heart. It's not a crime to kill a vampire."
Perhaps the simplest thing I’ve ever made haha. I took the pants and fake gun from Zero’s normal Day Class attire and then… really the construction was more of the make-up and setting haha. Used fake fangs and then bloodied up an old shirt from goodwill. Then it was a matter of turning on the faucet and pouring in fake blood from the Halloween store that I’d had for.. Years – because I LOVE Halloween.
"That's why for you, you have the right to be cruel to me. No matter how much you make me worry or how much danger you put me in, just as much as you like. But these are not enough "compensation". Even if I have to sacrifice my left over life for you, I would not utter a word of complaint."
Oh my gosh I got to play in a pool of fake blood, BEST DAY EVER, haha. Lol, but no, this was really fun just because it was so different and unique. I really enjoy doing costumes like this where it’s just as much about the setting in which you’re shooting in as it is the costume. What other characters should I throw into a bathtub? (Message me and let me know!) But in regards to Zero in particular – Zero holds a special place in my heart (I get one of my nicknames from him after all) and I really do try to do him justice – so doing something so striking and tailored for him was a lot of fun. 🙂
